Karnes Electric Cooperative is committed to empowering the communities it serves, and that means more than providing electricity. Karnes Electric Co-op also works to improve the quality of life in our part of South Texas, which includes investing in the area’s youths. Karnes EC helps shape tomorrow’s leaders and is again proudly sponsoring 2 students on the Government-in-Action Youth Tour. It’s an all-expenses-paid, weeklong learning and leadership event in Washington, D.C., this June. The cooperative is now accepting applications, so act quickly!
Students have the option of downloading the pdf application or filling out the application completely online. All applications are due January 17, 2025 by 5:00 p.m.
